The Panthers on Wednesday signed unrestricted free agent defensive lineman Zach Kerr to a two-year contract.
The 29-year-old played in 12 games with three starts for the Cardinals in 2019, totaling 22 tackles. He came to Arizona after two seasons with the Broncos, where he posted a career-best 33 tackles with 1.5 sacks in 2018.
Kerr began his career in 2014 with the Colts as an undrafted rookie out of Delaware. He spent three seasons in Indianapolis, totaling 64 tackles and 5.5 sacks.
Also on Wednesday, the Panthers re-signed wide receiver DeAndrew White, who became a free agent last week. White saw action in 10 games for the Panthers in 2019, making four catches for 51 yards.
