CHARLOTTE — The Panthers added to the wide receivers room on Tuesday, bringing back a familiar face.
The team has agreed to terms with wide receiver David Moore on another one-year deal.
The 30-year-old Moore caught 32 passes for 351 yards and three touchdowns last season, his first full year with the Panthers.
He's a known commodity for coach Dave Canales, who had Moore in Seattle and Tampa Bay as well.
Moore's a reliable contributor on special teams, and has shown a knack for making plays on the ball downfield. His career yards per reception average of 14.0 remains strong.
Originally a seventh-round pick in 2017 (at times last year, he was the only drafted wideout on the field), he came here during the 2021 offseason as a free agent but was released in the preseason.
But now he's back for another year.
