SPARTANBURG — The Panthers added some more depth at wide receiver, signing Krishawn Hogan after he tried out for the team following Wednesday's practice.
The 6-foot-3, 217-pound Hogan gives them another big target at the position and some potential special teams help.
He's spent time with the Cardinals, Colts, Saints, and Titans previously. In 10 career games, he has one catch for 4 yards.
Panthers general manager Scott Fitterer said going into camp he wanted to cycle through multiple players in camp, so additions like this one could become part of the routine in the coming weeks.
The team had three available roster spots for players on the reserve/COVID-19 list, so they didn't need to cut anyone to add.
