CHARLOTTE — The Panthers were without four starters in practice Wednesday as they begin preparations for the Falcons, beyond the one they know will miss the rest of the season.
Outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney (shoulder), right tackle Taylor Moton (elbow), linebacker Josey Jewell (hamstring/groin), and tight end Tommy Tremble (concussion) were held out Wednesday, along with backup center Andrew Raym (concussion) and Austin Corbett (torn biceps, out for the season).
Diontae Johnson (ankle) was listed as limited, along with defensive end A'Shawn Robinson (ankle).
Full participants included left tackle Ikem Ekwonu (elbow) and wide receiver Xavier Legette (shoulder), along with Dane Jackson (hamstring) and Ian Thomas (shoulder) who are in the second week of practice in their three-week window to return from IR.
