CHARLOTTE — The Panthers were without four players in their first practice of the week, which actually happened on Tuesday (since players have today off for Christmas).
Veteran right tackle Taylor Moton (knee), cornerback Jaycee Horn (hip), and cornerback Chau Smith-Wade (illness) were held out of the Tuesday session while running back Chuba Hubbard (rest) was given the day off to rest.
Otherwise, everyone else was a full participant in the practice, which head coach Dave Canales said was conducted at "half-speed."
Those listed on the report but participating fully included Jadeveon Clowney (knee), Ikem Ekwonu (shoulder/illness), Cade Mays (illness), Josey Jewell (quadriceps/hamstring), Xavier Legette (hip/wrist), A'Shawn Robinson (knee), D.J. Wonnum (shoulder/knee), and Bryce Young (hamstring).
Players will return to the practice field Thursday in advance of this weekend's trip to Tampa Bay.
