CHARLOTTE — The Panthers gave a number of key contributors the day off to rest Wednesday as they prepare for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Running back Chuba Hubbard, wide receiver Adam Thielen, cornerback Jaycee Horn, linebacker Josey Jewell, and safety Xavier Woods had rest days with no other injury designation.
Outside linebackers Jadeveon Clowney (illness/knee) and D.J. Wonnum (rest/knee) were also held out of practice, along with safety Sam Franklin Jr. (neck/personal), wide receiver Xavier Legette (hip), and veteran defensive end A'Shawn Robinson (knee).
Wide receiver David Moore (concussion) was a limited participant Wednesday while running back Raheem Blackshear (chest) was a full participant.

Carolina is 14-6 all-time against the Cardinals, including a 2-1 record in the playoffs.
