CHARLOTTE — The Panthers ruled five players out of Sunday's game with the Falcons, and outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney (shoulder) is listed as doubtful.
Clowney left last week's loss to the Bears in the first half, and hasn't practiced this week.
Ruled out were center Austin Corbett (biceps), linebacker Josey Jewell (hamstring/groin), right tackle Taylor Moton (elbow), tight end Tommy Tremble (concussion), and reserve center Andrew Raym (concussion).
Four other players are listed as questionable, all of whom practiced Friday on a limited basis — defensive end A'Shawn Robinson (ankle), wide receiver Diontae Johnson (ankle), cornerback Dane Jackson (hamstring), and tight end Ian Thomas (calf).
Left tackle Ikem Ekwonu (elbow) and wide receiver Xavier Legette (shoulder) were full participants Friday and have no injury status for the game.
