CHARLOTTE — Four new players were added to the injury report yesterday, a group that includes veteran right tackle Taylor Moton getting his normal rest day.
Also held out Thursday were running back Miles Sanders (illness), wide receiver Jalen Coker (foot), and tight end Tommy Tremble (knee). Coker and Tremble were on the field during the portion of practice available to the media.
They were among seven total players not participating Thursday, along with linebackers Josey Jewell (hamstring/groin), Shaq Thompson (Achilles), and rookie center Andrew Raym (concussion).
Nine other players were listed as limited Thursday, including wide receiver Diontae Johnson (ankle), who did not practice Wednesday. Starting guards Robert Hunt (hip) and Damien Lewis (ankle) were limited for the second straight day.
Jadeveon Clowney, A'Shawn Robinson, and Troy Hill were all full participants Thursday after getting their rest days on Wednesday.
