CHARLOTTE — Carolina continued to make moves on the roster on Wednesday, signing safety Doug Middleton and waiving fullback Mason Stokke.
A native of Winston-Salem who went to Appalachian State, Middleton was an undrafted free agent with the New York Jets in 2016, playing three seasons in New York. He also spent time in Miami (2019), Tennessee (2019 and Jacksonville (2019, 2020).
He's played in 24 career games with 44 tackles.
