CHARLOTTE — The Panthers added another young pass-rusher to the defense Monday.
According to multiple reports, including from NFL Network, the Panthers agreed to terms with Vikings defensive end Patrick Jones II.
No deals can be official until the league year begins Wednesday at 4 p.m.

The 26-year-old Jones had 7.0 sacks last year for the Vikings last season, along with nine tackles for loss and a forced fumble.
The 6-foot-4, 264-pound Jones was a third-round pick out of Pittsburgh and will join former Vikings teammate D.J. Wonnum here.
