CHARLOTTE - We already knew who the Panthers were playing. Now we know when we'll know when they're playing them.
On Wednesday, the NFL announced that the 2021 schedule will officially be released on Wednesday, May 12.
For the first time, Carolina will play a 17-game schedule with eight home games and nine road games. Preseason games are also slated to return with the Panthers hosting two and playing one on the road.
Carolina's schedule features the NFC South slate as well as contests against the NFC East and AFC East.
