Drafted by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round (106th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft (5/10/18)...Re-signed by Denver (3/15/22)...Signed by the Carolina Panthers (3/13/24).

COLLEGE

Played in 50 career games at Iowa (2014-17)…His 437 career tackles ranks fourth in team history…A unanimous Consensus First Team All-America selection as a senior after starting in 12 games and recording 136 total tackles (first in the Big Ten) with 12.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks…His 11.3 tackles per game ranked fourth nationally…Hauled in two interceptions, 11 passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery…Started all 13 games in 2016 and led the team with 124 tackles, including six tackles for loss, two sacks and nine passes defensed…In 2015, started all 14 games at middle linebacker and led the Hawkeyes with 126 tackles, ranked second with four interceptions and tied for second with 7.5 tackles for loss…Saw action in 11 games as a freshman and recorded 51 total tackles.
