The Carolina Panthers and Lowe's are pleased to announce the top ten schools for this year's Carolina Panthers Spirit Rocks! Competition.
Schools across the Carolinas were invited to kick off the 30th season celebration by creating a Carolina Panthers-themed design on their iconic school rocks. The Carolina Panthers Kickoff Committee chose the top four rocks and then put them to a public vote from September 9-12.
The winning school, McKee Road Elementary, will be recognized at the Carolina Panthers home opener on September 15th versus the Los Angeles Chargers with a pre-game ceremony, where they will be awarded grant funding of $2,500 from Panthers Charities towards their arts programs. The remaining top ten schools will also be receiving grant funding for their programs in the amount of $1,000.
See the list of the top ten schools and their rocks below.
