CHARLOTTE — The Panthers added two outside linebackers on Thursday; one to the active roster and one to the practice squad.
The club signed outside linebacker Tarron Jackson to the active roster. The Coastal Carolina product has been on the Panthers practice squad for the past three weeks. Originally drafted in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL draft by the Philadelphia Eagles, Jackson registered his first career sack in Week 8 of that season.
Additionally, the Panthers signed linebacker Eku Leota to the practice squad. Leota was part of the Panthers active roster for the first two weeks of the season, registering one sack.
