Lee McNeil, now in his seventh season with the Panthers, enters his second as a pro scout. McNeill previously served as Carolina's representative for BLESTO Scouting Service (2020-21), covering the Mid-Atlantic region, including North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. In his first season as the BLESTO scout, he also covered Tennessee and Kentucky, then replaced those states with West Virginia.

Prior to becoming the team's BLESTO scout, McNeill served as football operations and pro scouting assistant (2019) after he got his start with the Panthers as a football operations training camp intern (2017) and then served as a season-long intern with the football operations department (2018).

A native of Indian Trail, N.C., McNeill played quarterback at Porter Ridge High School. He was a member of the Charlotte 49ers first-ever recruiting class in 2012, where he played collegiately for five seasons.

McNeill graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in business administration and went on to earn his MBA in 2017. 

He lives in Matthews, with his wife, Natalia.
