Jordan Trgovac is in her third season with the Carolina Panthers and first serving as the team's Mid-Atlantic area scout. Last season (2022), Trgovac served as a scouting assistant responsible for scouting schools across the Carolinas and assisting with pro scouting duties.

Before she originally joined the Panthers as a communications coordinator (2021), Trgovac spent four seasons (2017-20) as a communications assistant with the Chiefs. She was a part of two Super Bowl runs in Kansas City, including their victory in Super Bowl LIV. 

Trgovac attended the College of Charleston where she was a member of the softball team and graduated with a degree in communications with a minor in hospitality and tourism (2016). She also holds a Master's degree in sports industry management from Georgetown University. 

Growing up around the Panthers, Trgovac has a long history with the team, with her father, Mike Trgovac, serving as the defensive coordinator and defensive line coach for Carolina (2002-08).
