Eric Sudol is the Chief Revenue Officer at Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE), where he oversees all revenue-producing departments for the organization across its entities including the Carolina Panthers (NFL), Charlotte FC (MLS) and Bank of America Stadium.

Sudol joined TSE in January 2025 after previously serving in a dual leadership role as CEO of ProStar Energy Solutions, and SVP of Corporate Partnership Sales & Marketing for the Dallas Cowboys.

Eric held a series of roles with the Dallas Cowboys from 2007 to 2024. Initially, his focus was on new business suites sales for AT&T Stadium, and was later promoted to the Director of Sales, where he oversaw a record-setting team in both seat licenses and suite sales. Over the past decade plus, Eric led the Corporate Partnership department that not only leads the NFL in sponsorship revenue annually but doubled its revenue under Eric's leadership. Additionally, he and his team accomplished a highly successful sales campaign surrounding the team's practice facility and mixed-use development, The Star, which has become an icon in the sports world.

Eric assumed his role at ProStar in April 2020. ProStar, which at that time was owned by the Jerry Jones Family, was formed with the opening of AT&T Stadium to manage electrical spend in deregulated markets.

Throughout his time with the Cowboys, Sudol was also Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships at Legends, leading the global sales team that was part of major sponsorship deals at properties such as Allegiant Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles FC, and more, many of which resulted in record-setting revenue.

Eric is a native of a small town in Northeast Iowa. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa, and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University. Eric was selected to the Dallas Business Journal and Sports Business Journal 40 under 40 in 2015 and 2019 respectively. He and his wife Kate have a son James and daughter Isabelle.
