David Dickerson joined Tepper Sports & Entertainment as the Chief Financial Officer in July 2024. In his role, he leads all finance and accounting operations at TSE, including the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC and Bank of America Stadium. Dickerson is responsible for continuing to build the TSE corporate accounting team, driving improvements in operational efficiencies and financial performance, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Dickerson brings over two decades of extensive experience across an array of sectors, including global manufacturing, public utility, and technology services. He embodies a blend of technical proficiency, strategic vision, and leadership acumen. Dickerson has extensive knowledge, experience, and skill in the implementation and application of US GAAP, SEC reporting, business process improvement, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, organizational design, and the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. In his previous role as vice president and chief accounting officer at Diversey Inc., he built the corporate accounting team and led the transformation of global accounting, driving significant improvements in operational efficiencies and financial performance. He was also instrumental in navigating Diversey through its IPO in March 2021.

Dickerson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dickerson and his wife Melissa, son Ryan and stepdaughter Jada, live in Fort Mill, SC. His older son, Alex, lives in Austin, TX, and his stepson Jared is currently attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
