  1. Are my tickets valid for the show that has been postponed?
  2. Yes, tickets will be valid for the new date. Tickets will automatically update within your Ticketmaster app.
  1. Am I eligible for a refund?
  2. Yes, you can receive a refund by requesting it within 30 days of the new show announcement.
  1. What if I purchased a VIP or hospitality package?
  2. If you purchased a VIP or hospitality package, the same refund/reschedule policies apply.
  1. What if I bought from a ticketing platform other than Ticketmaster?
  2. You will need to contact that ticketing platform directly for reimbursement or to confirm your purchase.
  1. If I resold my tickets, do I owe that money back?
  2. No, resale tickets through Ticketmaster are final.
  1. I purchased parking for the event, am I eligible for a refund?
  2. Parking purchased through Ticketmaster is valid for the new date or eligible for a refund within 30 days of the new show announcement. For all other sales, you will need to contact the provider directly.
