TAMPA, Fla. — The Panthers are going into the penultimate game of the year with a number of lineup changes.
Cornerback Jaycee Horn, who was doubtful entering the trip to Tampa Bay, is inactive for the game against the Bucs because of a hip injury.
Horn has played in every game this year and is among the league leaders in snaps played.
He'll be replaced in the starting lineup by former first-rounder Caleb Farley.
Also inactive for the Panthers are linebacker Josey Jewell, right tackle Taylor Moton, safety Jordan Fuller, wide receiver Deven Thompkins, and third quarterback Jack Plummer.

Veteran Yosh Nijman will start in Moton's spot at right tackle, while Raheem Blackshear will start at running back for Chuba Hubbard, who was placed on injured reserve Saturday.
Chandler Wooten will start at linebacker for Jewell, underscoring a perpetual problem this year. The Panthers have three inside linebackers on injured reserve — Shaq Thompson, Trevin Wallace, and Claudin Cherelus.
