CHARLOTTE — The Panthers again had the entire offensive line on the practice field, as they continue to have a relatively short injury report.
Veteran cornerback A.J. Bouye missed practice for the second straight day Thursday, leaving them a little shallow in the secondary.
The 30-year-old Bouye plays several roles in the Panthers secondary, forcing them to adjust there.
The Panthers still have a solid group at the position including Stephon Gilmore, CJ Henderson, Keith Taylor Jr., and Rashaan Melvin. But the group has been thinned considerably with Jaycee Horn and Donte Jackson on injured reserve and Bouye sidelined.
Third quarterback Matt Barkley (illness) was not at practice Thursday. He was active for one game since he was signed, but hasn't played in a game.
Otherwise, everyone was present and accounted for.
Wide receiver DJ Moore (hamstring) and guard Michael Jordan (hamstring) were limited participants again Thursday, while guard John Miller (ankle) and linebacker Jermaine Carter Jr. (groin) were full participants again.
That meant all 10 offensive linemen on the active roster were healthy and present for practice, a rarity these days.
