CHARLOTTE -- Several Panthers returned to practice Thursday, but cornerback James Bradberry (groin) and defensive tackle Vernon Butler (back) were not among them.
Head coach Ron Rivera remains confident though after watching Bradberry in particular go through the installation period prior to practice. He and Butler are still going through the process with the training staff.
Bradberry personally believes he's right on track to play Sunday against the Packers.
Rookie offensive tackle Greg Little (concussion) was not on practice field Thursday after working on the side Wednesday.
Running back Christian McCaffrey (knee) and defensive tackle Gerald McCoy (knee) were limited on Thursday after being held out Wednesday.
Newly signed defensive end Wes Horton took part in his first practice with the team and received plenty of reps, according to Rivera.
