Per NFL rules, the first 4 practices of camp are an “acclimation period.” That means a lot like OTAs and minicamp with limited contact. So pace your “how is ____ looking questions” you’ll send to @daringantt. Would think slow ramp up today with like a 1-on-1 and 7-on-7.
