  • Carolina's starters played the entire first half, accounting for 54 percent of the snaps and 207 net yards and two TDs in the first two quarters.
  • Running back Chuba Hubbard played 35 snaps and had 50 yards from scrimmage on 13 touches. Hubbard finished the preseason with the most offensive snaps (80) of any Panthers position player and led the team with 185 scrimmage yards, ranking third in the NFL through Friday's games.
  • Wide receiver DJ Moore played 38 snaps and caught all six of his targets for 48 yards.
  • Wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. had three catches for 43 yards despite playing just 30 percent of the snaps. Marshall finished the preseason with 181 yards on nine receptions, the most by any NFL player through Friday's games.
  • Quarterbacks P.J. Walker and Will Grier each played 17 snaps each in the second half as Walker through for 83 yards on 5-of-10 passing, while Grier was 5-of-7 for 47 yards and a 24-yard touchdown run.

  • Safety Sean Chandler played 28 snaps on defense and a team-high 17 snaps on special teams, finishing with four tackles and a forced fumble.
  • The starting defense played 19 snaps in the first half, allowing just three first downs while forcing four punts and getting an interception.
  • Cornerback Donte Jackson tied for the team lead with four tackles, including two on consecutive third-down attempts.
  • Defensive end Brian Burns had the interception and also a tackle for loss and pass deflection.
  • Defensive end Christian Miller played 28 snaps on Friday and finished with 147 snaps in the preseason, the most by any Panthers defender.
