On what's changed for him from Year One to Year Two: "Confidence. I have way more confidence this year than I did last year. I know what I'm getting myself into. I know where to be, and that's about it."
On the challenge of training camp: "This is the grind – these are the grinding weeks. We grind for the season. This is where we start, this is the beginning. We've forgotten about last year and it's all about this year."
On what was learned last year: "We know what it takes. The good thing is we get to start the journey all over again."
On turning the page from last year: "We turned the page when we had the little ceremony when we got our rings. It's over and done with. Last season is done. It's out. This is a new beginning, a new year, a new season. We're starting over."
On the Spartanburg heat: "That's probably the biggest (obstacle) is the weather. But we've got to overcome that. We play this game for a reason. This heat is for football players only."
