SEATTLE -- Rookie wide receiver Philly Brown is active for tonight's NFC Divisional Playoff against the Seattle Seahawks. Brown, who injured his shoulder in last week's Wild Card victory over the Arizona Cardinals, was questionable with a shoulder injury.
