On Sunday, October 8th, 2017, two lucky randomly selected PSL Owners, Larry Caulder and Renee Brotherton, and their guests went on an unforgettable excursion - a day trip to Detroit, Michigan to watch the Panthers earn a victory over the Detroit Lions, 27-24.
The morning began with check-in at Bank of America Stadium where the PSL Owners received their game tickets, a VISA gift card to use at Ford Field, Panthers gift bag and Bojangles' breakfast. After a quick charter bus ride to Wilson Air Center, the Caulders and Brothertons boarded a private chartered flight joining a group of fellow Panthers fans comprised of Luxury Suite Owners and Sponsorship guests.
The flight attendants greeted each guest with "Go Panthers" and "Keep Pounding" and within minutes of being up in the air, another breakfast was served. A short hour and a half later, the plane landed safely in Detroit and the doors opened to a set of buses ready and waiting on the tarmac to take the PSL Owners to Ford Field.
Upon walking into the stadium, the PSL Owners were pleased to find their seats in the lower bowl. The Lions put on a great show with their pregame entertainment, but fortunately, the Panthers put on an even better show with touchdown after touchdown. Guests were thrilled to be present for rookie Christian McCaffrey's first NFL touchdown.
Despite a little turbulence caused by Tropical Storm Nate, coming home with a win left the Caulders and Brothertons ecstatic during the flight home as they reminisced about their Panthers Privileges experience.
