CHARLOTTE -- Cam Newton will start at quarterback for the Carolina Panthers today in their regular season home finale against the Cleveland Browns.
Newton missed last week's victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after fracturing two bones in his back in a December 9 car accident. Newton practiced all week and was probable on the injury report.
Running back DeAngelo Williams will miss his third consecutive game with a hand injury. Linebacker A.J. Klein is also inactive with a ankle injury.
