CHARLOTTE - The Carolina Panthers have agreed to terms with nine college free agents.

The nine undrafted rookies, along with Carolina's six draft picks, selected veterans on the current roster and more than 25 tryout players will participate in the Panthers' rookie minicamp May 16-17. The agreements with the college free agents won't become official until they sign their contacts upon their arrival for camp.

The list of college free agents includes Ohio State wide receiver Philly Brown, who led the Buckeyes with 10 receiving touchdowns last season; Michigan State linebacker Denicos Allen, who led the Rose Bowl champions with 98 tackles; and Alabama-Birmingham running back Darrin Reaves, who racked up 1,965 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns over the past two seasons. The Panthers also agreed to terms with cornerback Carrington Byndom of Texas, which didn't have a player drafted for the first time since 1937.

The Panthers now have 89 players on their roster. The limit is 90.
