The Panthers' No. 88 is the NFL's No. 89.
Tight end Greg Olsen ranked as the league's 89th- best player in the "Top 100 Players of 2015" on the NFL Network. Each Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST, the show unveils 10 of the top 100 based on players' votes.
"I think my production, my career speaks for itself," Olsen said. "When you look at the numbers and look at the consistency and look at playing every play every season, then I let everyone make their decision from there. But I would stick my consistency, my production, my value against anybody in the league.
"I know I'm not necessarily the most flashy or the most talked about guy, but I take a lot of pride in what I do. As voted here, I think the guys around the league respect that."
Olsen made the list for the first time after earning his first Pro Bowl selection in 2014, when he established career highs and franchise records for tight ends with 84 receptions for 1,008 yards.
His six touchdown catches were second to rookie wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin, who led the team with nine.
