NFL Network Praises Panthers

In the video above, NFL Media analyst Michael Robinson says the Panthers are the most complete team in the league entering the 2016 season, listing three solid reasons to make his case.

First, Robinson cites Carolina's continuity. The core from a 17-2 team is very much intact, with defensive end Charles Johnson and fullback Mike Tolbert opting to re-sign. The continuity extends to Ron Rivera's coaching staff, which has experienced very little turnover the past couple offseasons.

Second, Robinson points to reigning MVP Cam Newton. Asked if he knows what the quarterback's ceiling is, Robinson replied, "I have no idea. It's scary."

Third, Robinson mentions the return of wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin, whose entire 2015 season was lost due to a torn ACL. "They didn't even have their best wide receiver," Robinson said with a laugh. "He commands a corner and a safety every single time he lines up."
