CHARLOTTE – Tight end Greg Olsen (foot) is questionable for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints, along with four other key contributors.

Olsen was on the practice field Friday but he did not participate for the third consecutive day. Last week against the Jets was his first game action since Week 2, and he was taken out early in the second half as a result of soreness.

"We'll see how he is tomorrow morning," head coach Ron Rivera said. "He did a little work today, and we'll see how it is."

Running back Christian McCaffrey (shoulder), linebacker Thomas Davis (hamstring), linebacker Shaq Thompson (foot) and center Ryan Kalil (neck) are the other questionable Panthers. Those four were limited practice participants the past two days.

McCaffrey, Davis and Thompson have played in every game so far this season. Kalil has played in just two games all season, and hasn't played since Week 7.

Lastly, offensive tackle John Theus (illness) is out.
