CHARLOTTE - Linebacker Thomas Davis, defensive end Charles Johnson and fullback Mike Tolbert, the three Panthers' who were listed as questionable on the injury report, are all active for Monday Night Football.
In addition to Carolina's five players who were ruled out on Saturday's injury report, wide receiver Damiere Byrd and linebacker Jeremy Cash are inactive.
Tampa Bay will be without its three of its four starting defensive linemen and its top two running backs. Doug Martin is inactive, and Charles Sims has been placed on injured reserve.
