The Carolina Panthers and Guy Roofing are again partnering to recognize ten (10) outstanding high school student-athletes in the Carolinas through the Carolina Panthers Community Captain program. The program recognizes outstanding high school student-athletes in North and South Carolina who excel in their sport, in the classroom, and in their community.

Male candidates are required to be high school football players, while female candidates are required to have participated in a varsity sport.

Nominations are being accepted now through Sept. 15, 2021. Please see the nomination form below.

Winners will be recognized during a special in-game ceremony during Carolina's Week 9 home game against the New England Patriots on Nov. 7, 2021. The winners will earn a $500 grant to benefit their high school athletic departments.
